Terms of Use
Signing in to Tezis Docs means agreeing to these terms.
- Who may use it
- Tezis Docs is for people invited by an organization that Tezis, Inc. has approved. Your account is yours alone: keep its password to yourself, and tell your administrator if you think someone else has used it.
- What may be uploaded
- Only your organization’s own reference documents — procedures, manuals, policies — that you are allowed to share with your colleagues, and none of the regulated data the License Agreement rules out.
- What the answers are
- Tezis Docs reports what your organization’s documents say, each answer cited to the passage behind it. It can miss or misread a passage, so check the cited source before acting on an answer. It does not give professional advice, and your organization remains responsible for its own procedures.
- What is recorded
- Every question, every answer and every original document opened is kept in a permanent audit record that your organization’s administrators can review.
- Your organization’s documents
- They remain your organization’s. They answer only its own members’ questions, never another organization’s.
- Your organization’s agreement
- Your organization’s use of Tezis Docs is governed by the License Agreement it accepted. Where these terms and that agreement differ, the agreement applies.
- Changes
- These terms may be updated. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting the terms as changed.
Read the License Agreement. Questions about these terms go to your organization’s administrator, or to legal@tezis.ai.
